Seeing Double – At SWIFF’22

Some actors feel like they're everywhere at once! If you swear you've seen that face in another SWIFF'22 film, well this blog is here to save you the IMDB trip.

VINCENT LINDON

FEATURED IN FIRE AND TITANE

Whether he’s cozying up to Juliette Binoche or injecting steroids into every available vein, screen legend Vincent Lindon is quite the commanding screen presence.

“She said that she needed me, and she knew it. I didn’t realise until later that I needed her too. She needed someone very grounded, very real. And I needed a movie that was completely different, that shows something that nobody knows. And to be in a modern movie, a rock and roll movie. We provide mutual service to each other. There is before Titane and after Titane. I wouldn’t be the same actor now or in the future without being in Titane.” – Vincent Lindon on Titane.

TIM ROTH

FEATURED IN BERGMAN ISLAND AND SUNDOWN

Who doesn’t love some Tim Roth? Michel Franco, director of Sundown certainly does. Sundown marks the third collaboration between the actor and director.

Bergman Island sees Tim as a successful director, working on a screenplay with his wife on the island of Ingmar Bergman, while Sundown portrays a decidedly less focused Roth.

JULIETTE BINOCHE

FEATURED IN FIRE AND BETWEEN TWO WORLDS

Who doesn’t love some Tim Roth? Michel Franco, director of Sundown certainly does. Sundown marks the third collaboration between the actor and director.

Bergman Island sees Tim as a successful director, working on a screenplay with his wife on the island of Ingmar Bergman, while Sundown portrays a decidedly less focused Roth.
